Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

Unless otherwise stated, all timeframes are measured in business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Please note that production time and shipping/transit time are separate:

  • Production time begins after an order enters fulfillment.
  • Shipping/transit time begins after the order has been shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed because carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect transit times.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

1.1. Order Processing

Order Placement

After an order is placed, it is held in our system for approximately 12 hours before being submitted to production.

During this period, certain order information may still be reviewed or adjusted where applicable.

Once the hold period ends, the order is automatically routed to the appropriate fulfillment facility.

Production

Most orders are produced within 0–6 business days.

The first production day is the first business day after the order is placed.

Weekends and public holidays are not included when calculating production time.

Production time may vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Product availability
  • Fulfillment facility
  • Quality-control requirements
  • Seasonal order volume

In some cases, production may extend beyond the normal timeframe.

1.2. Production Time by Product Category

The table below shows the percentage of orders completed within each production-time range.

The production data reflects a trailing two-week period and may change based on current fulfillment conditions.

Please contact Customer Support only if your order remains in production longer than the timeframe shown in the Contact Support After column.

1.3. Reasons for Production Delays

Although most orders are completed within the expected production window, occasional delays may occur.

Quality-Control Reprints

Every product is subject to quality-control checks before shipment.

If an item does not meet quality standards, the fulfillment facility may reprint it before shipping.

A reprint may add approximately 1–2 business days to production.

Product Availability

Fulfillment facilities generally maintain inventory of commonly ordered products, colors, sizes, and styles.

If a specific blank product is temporarily unavailable, the order may:

  • Be transferred to another fulfillment facility; or
  • Be handled according to the applicable product substitution policy.
Peak Seasons

Production volumes may increase substantially during major shopping periods and holidays.

During these periods, production may occasionally require an additional 3–4 business days.

1.4. Split Shipments

Products within the same order may be produced and shipped separately.

This commonly occurs when:

  • Different products are fulfilled at different facilities.
  • One item requires additional quality-control review.
  • One item needs to be reprinted.
  • Products have different production times.
  • Inventory availability differs between fulfillment facilities.

As a result, one order may arrive in multiple packages on different dates.

This does not necessarily mean that any item is missing.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES

2.1. Available Shipping Methods

Depending on the product and destination, the following shipping methods may be available:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping
  • International Standard Shipping

Shipping service availability depends on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Product type
  • Package size and weight
  • Fulfillment location
  • Carrier availability

2.2. Maximum Transit Times

Transit time begins from the ship date, not the order date.

Shipping Method Maximum Shipping / Transit Time
US/EU Standard Up to 12 business days from the ship date
US Expedited / EU Express Up to 6 business days from the ship date
International Standard Up to 30 business days from the ship date

Β

Please allow the applicable maximum transit time before contacting Customer Support about a shipment delay.

2.3. Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is generally the most cost-effective shipping option.

Typical transit time within the contiguous United States, EU, and UK is approximately:

3–10 business days

However, customers should allow up to 12 business days from the ship date before considering a Standard shipment delayed.

Transit times may increase during peak holiday periods.

2.4. Express Shipping

Express Shipping offers faster transit for eligible products and destinations.

Typical transit time is approximately:

2–5 business days

Customers should allow up to 6 business days from the ship date before considering an Express shipment delayed.

US Express Restrictions

Express Shipping may not be available for:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • PO Boxes
European Express Restrictions

DHL Express service may not be available to:

  • Great Britain
  • Norway
  • Switzerland
  • Iceland

Availability may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment facility.

2.5. International Standard Shipping

International Standard Shipping may take up to:

30 business days from the ship date

International packages may pass through several carriers, customs facilities, and local delivery networks before reaching the recipient.

As a result, international shipments may have fewer tracking scans and longer periods between updates.

3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated based on factors including:

  • Fulfillment location
  • Delivery destination
  • Product type
  • Package size and weight
  • Carrier
  • Shipping method

Certain US territories may have different shipping rates and delivery times, including:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • US Virgin Islands

If an order contains products fulfilled by different facilities, the items may be shipped in separate packages.

For example, a mug and a canvas may be produced at different facilities and therefore shipped separately.

Separate shipping charges may apply when multiple packages are required.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

4.1. When Tracking Becomes Available

A tracking number is generally created when the fulfillment facility prepares the shipping label and submits shipment information to the carrier.

After an order is marked as shipped, please allow up to:

48 hours

for the first carrier tracking update to appear.

Tracking activity may not begin immediately after a shipping label is created.

4.2. Pre-Tracking

Some orders may receive a tracking number before the package enters the carrier's primary delivery network.

For these shipments, tracking information may take approximately:

5–7 business days

to begin showing movement or additional information.

A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.

4.3. International Tracking

International tracking may be less detailed than domestic tracking.

A package may temporarily appear to remain in the same location while it is:

  • In international transit
  • Waiting for customs processing
  • Being transferred between carriers
  • Being processed by a local delivery partner
  • Awaiting a new tracking scan

For some destinations, tracking may stop updating after the package is transferred to the destination country's local or international carrier.

In these cases, additional tracking scans or final delivery confirmation may not be available to us.

The original policy specifically notes that international tracking may appear β€œstuck” because not every tracking event is recorded.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping and delivery delays may occur for reasons outside our control.

These may include:

  • Holiday shipping volume
  • Carrier processing delays
  • Multiple-carrier handoffs
  • Customs inspections
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Additional carrier sorting
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Inaccessible delivery locations
  • Labor strikes
  • Political disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Other force majeure events

Because these circumstances cannot always be predicted or controlled, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

6. CARRIER SERVICE UPDATES

Major carrier disruptions may affect shipping times across entire regions.

Customers may check the applicable carrier's official service-status page for current service information.

FedEx FedEx Status Updates
DHL DHL Status Updates
USPS USPS Status Updates
Spring Spring Status Updates

Carrier-wide delays and service interruptions are outside our direct control.

7. FULFILLMENT LOCATIONS

Orders are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment facilities specializing in print-on-demand products.

After an order is placed, it may be routed to one or more fulfillment facilities based on:

  • Product type
  • Delivery destination
  • Product availability
  • Facility capacity

Orders containing different product types may therefore be fulfilled from different locations.

As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

8.1. Shipping Availability

We offer international shipping to many destinations.

9. PO BOX & MILITARY SHIPPING

9.1. PO Boxes

Standard Shipping may be available to PO Box addresses.

Express Shipping may not be available for PO Boxes.

For PO Box deliveries, carrier tracking marked Delivered will be considered evidence of successful delivery.

9.2. APO/FPO Addresses

Where supported, shipments to military APO/FPO addresses may take approximately:

40–45 days

to arrive.

Once a package enters a restricted military delivery network, additional tracking information may no longer be available for security reasons.

10. ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in:

  • Delivery delays
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Returned packages
  • Lost packages

Please verify the shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we may not be able to reship the package.

11. TAXES, VAT & CUSTOMS DUTIES
